Carnivals etc

I don't want to attack a group of people but I was talking to a Canadian family member last night and it was interesting. The carnival is in town up there on a exhibitions fair ground. They are having issues already they made fun of a parent who was french denied access to a ride after the young child had already been allowed to get on it two of the carnival workers got arrested at a local bar and another is advertising drug sales on facebook. I am not sure what is going on up there and I don't want to know....
