Would you like to purchase the new high-tech mirror that tells you how ugly you are?

The new hi-tech facial scanner cost $460.00 and it's design to point out imperfections. I think this mirror should have age restrictions.

I don't need a mirror that does the same job my parents can do for free. Thank you.

@SW-User I'd agree with you if it wasn't true 馃槰
If ya have anger issues you gotta beat up an innocent pillow.
SW-User
@SW-User but that's not emotionally gratifying

@SW-User Glue a picture of a disliked person on the pillow :)

I think a lot of physical imperfections add character to a person.
I think that too. @SW-User

@SW-User i agree with this.
The only time that mirror will tell me I look any good is if I鈥檓 on holiday. But I won鈥檛 have that mirror then so not much point.
To who's beauty standard will this mirrors judgement based on. It's another quick easy money making scheme by these developers. They're using people's low confidence to make a few bucks. @Gingerbreadspice

@SW-User
Can you displays results of problem skin areas like wrinkles, fine lines, complexion, dark circles, red spots and pores into percentages? This mirror can do all that for a mere $460.00. 馃槀馃槀

@Random1Thoughts any mirror can help you find those things, it's just polite enough not to tell you 馃槄

I think that's really evil if that's the case because the product itself is just a plant to get impressionable women and other people into buying more products. I no doubt that as soon as it comes out they'll find a way to list some products that will be advertised at making these people "beautiful." These products will make people rich.

That's crazy. I'm so tired of this crap, it's going to feed into body dysmorphia.

I dont need that negative energy
Likewise, I was in total shock when I read the article. @Noblety

Nothing I can't do for myself looking at myself in a normal cheaper mirror.
@SW-User
These types of products are likely to fuel distress and preoccupation for sufferers.

@Random1Thoughts Yes. A surge in people feeling very discontent with their faces and bodies. A plastic surgeons dream come true.
SW-User
I could imagine the ads they can run right after destroying a person's confidence.
@SW-User
Wait for it, it has an option to buy creams and treatments through the mirror, and the ability to track improvements they make. We both know people will flock to buy it.

I kinda want one now just to hang where party guest will look into it. Maybe even hang it on the front door so anyone who cares disturbs me can be torn down and leave sad while I ignore them.
@MethDozer
According to the article, the latest development is expected to hit the British high street in September. It comes out before Christmas, you can buy a few and hang them around your house.

However, after a few beers, we are all beautiful. 馃槀
