I am finding it really hard to keep fluids down.....
it seems like every drink I take I only keep 10% in my mouth....I wonder what is wrong with me?

I would get off social media and go to get checked
you may just have a bug and sea sickness pills might help with nausea
but its not good when you can't get fluids in
you can go without food ,but organs will shut down without fluids
