Professional writer/copy editor here: Quite a few factors to consider.
- What kind of document? Like a legal document, novel, instruction manual, thesis? More "boring" content is going to take longer to review than something more interesting.
- What kind of review? A simple proofread, like just spelling, grammar, and readability is a lot quicker to do than say, an editorial review, with content analysis involved.
- Do you want to charge hourly or per project?
- How close are you to the author? Any special discounts for friends, or are you looking to make a profit?
Just as a reference, I get paid around $22 an hour for instruction manuals, and 330 pages could take between 8 and 40 hours, depending on content.
Hope that helps!

@Trevo Oh, wow. Yeah, if they want a technical review, that requires some more advanced knowledge, and that kind of knowledge costs money. If they just want someone to spell check and make sure all the commas are in the right spot, and not consider whether the technical information is correct, 200 could be doable, if on the far low end.
