No over cooking makes them soggy as the vegetable has natural water and adding any more fluids and over cooking it makes it waaay took soggy, and you burn it, you need less than ten minutes either steamed or fried @iamnikki

Love asparagus as long as they're not overcooked. I add just a bit of butter, salt and lemon pepper. Yum.

@mindstruggle At least my wife cooks it for me, even though she wont eat it, its the same with mushrooms
