How would you describe your brand or image on SW?

@CountScrofula how do you feel about progressive bluegrass, i.e. Greensky Bluegrass, Trampled by Turtles?

@ProdigalSummer I enjoy it but haven't been obsessing over it or anything. My wife listens to a lot though!

I came into the music through listening to a ton of alt country (Slim Cessna, Steve Earle, Reverend Glasseye, etc...) and just kind of stumbled into the Carolina Chocolate Drops and from there several other bands but notably the Punch Brothers.

The band I'm in kind of accidentally became a pseudo-string band as our base setup is guitar, banjo, ukulele but with a trombone, tuba, clarinet, and trumpet we can insert where needed. It's a weird setup but seems to work!
