Are you giving a full 100%? if you are can you give a 110%?

Nah, I give 70% and call it 100. That way if they ask for 110% I can just ramp it up to 85% and e everyone's happy, lol

I heard that Marine on youtube talking about the 40% rule. That whenever your mind is telling you you're done, you're only really 40% done.

Right now? I doubt it, but then (sometimes) 100% isn't always enough, for some. But in short? I don't think I am.
