Can an ovary issue kill a pregnancy?

I think there might be something wrong with my left one. I've been having this pain on the left pelvic side only the left. When I bend it hurts, if I scrunch my body on that side it hurts.

You need to get that checked out as soon as possible. From personal experience, I had an ovarian cyst on my right Fallopian tube and it was an unbelievably awful pain.

Get it checked, but it’s the left if the right is ok you have 50 % of getting pregnant??

Unless they say you need all your ovaries taken out, cause it usually effects ymthe other one ??
