Are you always nervous when the place next to you is for sale because someone crazy might move in?

My sweet elderly neighbors are putting their condo up for sale. I'm scared. What if a jerk or a psycho meth head moves in? Omg what if there are hoards of screaming children or hillbillies?

OMG yes! We've had 4 families live next door. The current ones are the best...hardly see them😄

We've dealt with rowdy neighbors whom other neighbors would call the cops on. Unfriendly neighbors, and neighbors with a bunch of kids who would leave their bikes, scooters, and little tykes basketball goal in our driveway.
