When you wake up, What conversation is taken place with your inner self? And has it happen that you force yourself to do stuff that you don't wanna do

I rise alone. I do things like let the dogs out, feed them, feed the cats, clean the litter boxes, make breakfast, etc. I feel optimistic. I feel energetic. I listen to BreakfastTelevision from Toronto. See what is going on in the world. Vaccuum the house before it gets humid. See what is planned for today. Organize the route. Make lists. Play on SW. Check my emails. And say hi to my son on FB. Check out what my friends far away are up to. Then bathe or shower. Listen to music at that time. Then water all tomatoes and tropicals outside. Read for pleasure. Cook a meal for later. Greet my partner when he gets up, takes his meds, and usually returns to bed. Sometimes I am lazy or weary or unmotivated. Life demands that one does things. Or they pile up. And I am grateful to have good health. So I do what needs to be done. And I see the results. And I am happier.
I wake up very angry. I can’t shut my mind off.
