No. But I really struggle with this one.

Like many, I struggle with this. I do in certain cases and if the prof of one's guilt is irrefutable. But my desire to be sure we don't put an innocent person to death outweighs the desire to see a real creep lose his life. Life without parole presents it;s won problems. Nothing to lose.
