IF this is about your main character's early memories, you need to pick a nickname or terms of endearment that tell the reader something significant or important about the character. Also, the character's reaction to the name counts here as well. (Did he/she like the name? Or feel uncomfortable about it?) Give it some thought; it has some meaning. Getting to know, and care about, a main character is the most important part of writing fiction.

Mostly my name, sometimes just “girl” lol
Others you could use are dear, darling, pumpkin xD, dearie, love, sweetie, doll, angel, buttercup, cutie, princess, honey bunches, my sweet, etc. They’re called Terms of endearment

Junebug. My father called me the decidedly less creative nickname buddy. Lol.

You are fortunate if you had an endearing name. Myself and my siblings did not. Unless you consider "Stupid or shut up" endearing
