@Gentlequill Did you use any products or did you go cold turkey?

I've quit several times over the years, but what did it this time was me and my family went on vacation for a week. I removed myself from my element. I've never smoked around my son, so I was pretty much forced into a cold turkey scenario. It definately worked. But as I said before, i still think about them everyday.
