Decades ago kids will grow up & leave home for good late teens / early 20’s .... now a days kids stay in we’ll into their late 20’s & 30’s ....parents

Why on earth would an 18 year old want to live with his parents, unless the parents are old and need assistance.. But I and my older brother were out of the house him at 17 and me at 15.. I worked at night while I went to high school during the day.. looking back now almost 40 years ago I was so glad I made that decision .. We all need to be on our own and see what our parents went through... My son and daughter were out by age 20, and they tuned out just fine.. she has 3 children and my son has 2.. Parents are right to want their kids out... hey parents wanna have fun too
