@LvChris Because the question feed is busier than the stories area doesn't mean it's the site's purpose either.
As far as I know we still can't make groups. I also don't think we should be able to. At least not unchecked. We don't need 20 more groups saying the exact same thing, separated only by the typos in the group names. Or groups that exist to attack other users. Or any other nonsense you know people will come up with.
