People answering tweets with Gifs. Once in a rare while it can be really creative and funny, but most of the time I just find it boring and annoying AF. Some thing that was good in moderation, is now just way over the top in usage. Also when I see someone use Gifs all the time to respond to things, there seems to be a correlation with them being not very articulate in general.
