Do you have any views on alternative medicine?

I only follow health practices that have some kind of scientific basis behind them. Sometimes this can include alternative medicine but often it doesn't.

You mean holistic medicine? Oils, nutrients, chiropractics, etc? Yep. A hell of a lot healthier than all the chemicals in pill formulations. Should always try the holistic approach first for minor illnesses. Imho.

@LadyBronte I like the minor part. I've a sister who would take it further, viewing orthodox medicine as something of a conspiracy, but that's too risky. There has to be some limit to the benefits of such things as manuka honey.
