I can't find a conversation from the exported file from Ep.It went missing . what to do now? ??

I guess only that particular persons convos with me went missing.
Do anyone know how it happened? ???how to recover it ???

I know it can be found there but the problem is,my conversation with everyone except one person is there.
I really wanted to get that particular convo back but it is missing.
