Where do you go and what do you do to wind down/relax?

I go out for a drive. Windows and top down, music blasting, wind in my face. Normally i catch the sun setting and just drive with no destination in mind.

For quick results, I go for a long walk around a pond or in the woods. Once a week, I play golf with my best buddy and just have a good time away from the world.

I go to my trailer at a nudist resort and chill. The neighbors know beer is always available.

Lately, I've been going to the salt room. It's quite delightful.
