Is there a way to like block certain groups so I won't see them when I look at stories?

I had a quick look but didn't see anything.
It's just some topics are so frustrating to read or just make me feel uncomfortable and I'd prefer to just not see it at all haha.
I also could just ignore them, but not seeing them all together would just be more convenient.
