Do you wear your emotions on your sleeve, or are they easy for you to hide?

I used to wear them on my sleeve but then I'd forget and do laundry and I never knew how I felt.

Now I keep them in a Tupperware bowl on top of the fridge.

I try to hide them,but most of the time they end up on my sleeve.

I am good at hiding but my body reveals it sometimes
