escape from alcatraz 3 men made it to angel island and across the straight to the mainland , the raft was found , on the mainland stole a blue chevy 3 men witnessed by another man forced off the road and reported to police in stockton , but still the law thinks 2 men made it and 1 was found by a frieghter floating dead in sanfransisco bay , which contradicts the witness that was forced off the road by 3 men in the stolen blue chevy earlier in the investigation , and bones from the graves of a few dead men found near Point Reyes brought by water currents betwwen 1962 - 1964 were sent for florensic DNA testing to compare with relatives DNA to the prisoners DNA for conformation .
The Plot thickens , a driver hired to take the now 2 escapees to meet a relative in seattle decided to kill the escapees in the back of his van to keep the money and theirs too that they may have had at the time and buried them out there somewhere , investigators later checked out this story to the letter but found nothing at all , who the heck makes up a story like that ? , unless of course trying to waste the investigators time and effort , the DNA came back with a No Match to Frank Morris the one they thought might have died or been killed off by the other 2 escapees , why they thought this i have no idea , but Frank Morris was belived to be the Master Mind of the Escape from Alcatraz , oh and what happened to the body found by the freighter floating in sanfransisco bay ? ,another factor to why the law believes these men never made it is because no other crimes were commited since their escape and these were carreer criminals that knew how to do nothing else but crime
