a bit. height isn't so far beyond the pale. and it's likely difficult for someone to spot an adams apple at more than a few paces. I also suspect she doesn't really examine people that closely; she's probably more focused on making sure you're not stuffing things you didn't pay for into areas/watching for things as people come in.
