Why does everyone keep asking questions about French toast?

That's the thing about my recipe, you can modify it to your taste. For a one egg, 1/4 - 1/2 cup milk, I only use about 1/2 tsp Brown sugar. You could eliminate it, if you wish. Egg/milk mixture should not be too eggy, definately more milk. You do need some egg to make it brown properly. Serve with butter if you don't want maple sugar
