If you have any queries about Malaysia ask away

Yeah maybe you think you can Google for info, but I'm true blue Malaysian. I can provide ground reality.

Is deforestation an issue for either the people or the government?

@SW-User Malaysia is ruled by a single party since independence. We do have elections but the opposition is always on the back foot. I'm not suggesting electoral fraud. It's just that people are living in the "better the devil you know, than the angel you don't' mentality.

@ChocolateBhavaa We also struggle with the sheep mentality in the UK.
ChocolateBhavaa · 36-40, F
You're from the UK!
There's a joke in Malaysia
In UK they keep the monarchy and change the government every 5 years
In Malaysia, we keep the government and change the monarchy every 5 years!
So, what the view from where you stand? What's going on?
ChocolateBhavaa · 36-40, F
@RandomUniverse General election coming up, racial politics as usual, but yeah we the people keep surviving and thriving. Malaysians can get along with each other, the politicians have different ideas though !

Nothing I need to know about Malaysia. I'm true blue American.
@SW-User I'm an American, too. I don't attach much significance to it. Just happened to be the soil I was born upon. A fluke.

I don't really care for our habit of getting into wars for no apparent reason. So I'm shopping around for a new tribe that is less bellicose.

@ChocolateBhavaa I can't think of anything I would want to know about your country
ChocolateBhavaa · 36-40, F
@SW-User Yeah fine.

@summersun There's a lot you can do in Penang Island. Redang Island and Pangkor island is also good. Not forgetting Langkawi
