I think Prince and the NPG was his best band

I also think if he'd started with them from the very beginning, he'd be greater than he was. I love they way they complimented his vocals, and sang the parts he couldn't sing well enough, and it also seemed like they 'filtered' out some of his bad material. And btw though I didn't find any bad music Prince's first two albums, I feel like the vocals could've sounded better
