What was the last thing you went without?

Coffee? Smokes? A decent belly laugh?

I never go without anything that I want. Life is to short to deprive yourself of anything. I can afford anything I want, so why should I deprive myself of anything.

@Cavedweller Thankyou. Hard work really pays off.

@TheProphet can't argue with that. What was your break, if you got one?
TheProphet · M
@Cavedweller People trusted me. I made a good reputation for doing excellent work at a fair price.

my pain meds
I misread my refill date for this month and the last few days I was in more pain than usual ,
so the date wrong in my mind , I thought I had just missed a dose or two ,
So I was happy I had a few ahead enabling me to take 2 instead of 1
Then yesterday when I was getting ready to go refill my script I caught my mistake and that I had also cut myself short .
So not only was I in more pain than usual ,,I had to go without meds too .
it was a rough 24 hours ,but I made it

proper nutrition
Cavedweller · 46-50, F
@RoxClymer that's something that really matters. I try my best to eat three serves of veggies and one of lean meat or fish per day.

totally agree, I have a very complicated situation because of medical issues and even if one thing is off it is So hard to keep everything on track
Cavedweller · 46-50, F
@RoxClymer me too. My body has been through the mill these past few years. I'm trying hard to get some condition back.
