Do you use a lot of emoji when you talk/text?

Sometimes, not too much that is crazy. I use them to express my reaction of what I was feeling to lol.

When i feel the need to add more than 1 to a text i get disgusted at myself

When it expresses my emotions well yes. I don’t just use them when they have nothing to do with what I’m talking about or to over do it. Lol

I want to know how to use emojis while talking.

Once in a while, I use them more online than I do on my phone.
