I guess I except the balance of my actions and thoughts , I indulge in food I love and walk off the calories , I teach and share my knowledge with others , but also take the Time to listen and learn from them too

Speaking for myself only, I have a fulfilling job, a loving family, good friends, fun hobbies, and a meaningful faith life. It can make for a very full day.
