Yes. By all means. It's simply the best console. Do not buy a toy, a switch, you are not a child anymore and need cartoon games to keep you entertained. Put the toys away -or leave them in the store. The switch's idea of a new game is Skyrim and L.A. Noire-. One released in 2011 and one in 2012. FINALLY the Switch- that calls it self gen 8- is graphically powerful enough to play them. Prob is, it is barely that and the graphics are better on a 2011 PS3. Switch is no gen 8. More like a gen 6.5 So of you want the graphics of 2009 or 2010 go head and buy a children's toy. Craptendo announced last week they were making "The World Ends with You" for the Switch- that was a 2007 DS -not even 3DS release. Wow! I am so not impressed. A game 10 years old is NEW om the switch. Do not buy garbage and regret it two years later- get the PS4.

@SW-User My son has the system. I was not that impressed. Horizon Zero Dawn was better. As was Persona 5 and Nier. Them maybe Wild. I started playing PC games in 1968 on mainframes and then PDP units in the 1970's.(long before any Atari) And I still have almost every console that came out. I have plated better than Wild but I am glad you enjoyed it.
@SW-User Excellent choice!! My son in law and daughter have that and they love it. I hope you have hours of enjoyment with this- The PS exclusives are awesome. The PS store offers new items each Tuesday-unless a special sale is going on so check that for digital offers and avatars- To play online you will need a PS PLUS subscription. Similar to what MS has.
