One of my bf's was like that. I didn't mind, didn't care, didn't even think about it really. He wasn't unhealthy either, so.
Either way, I'm pretty chill with the weight of the person I am with, it just never crosses my mind.

I like my man exercising regularly and eating balanced so health wise we got a good shot at many years together.
