A question for female members : do you prefer being referred to as a girl, woman or lady?

All of the above is OK with me too, as long as it's said in a respectful way.

@ProdigalSummer A concensus of opinion for once. I suppose the other way round, I'd almost feel flattered being called a boy at my age but again it could be taken in a sneering manner.
