Big change in the weather. I live around Huntsville and recommend it. It's a fun small city, with lots to do for people in your age bracket. Also its only 2 hours to Nashville or Atlanta so there's big city life within reach.

@Poet626 don't listen to these people . Alabama (at least birmingham and tuscaloosa) is a lovely place. I lived there two years and miss it dearly and this is coming from a minority. It will probably have less people than Wisconsin and it is the country so everything closes around 10 pm. There aren't a lot of jobs but if you have one already set up then that isn't a concern.
