As far as I know, crushes are hard to handle. Just don't get obsessed with him, and turn your attention in you.
As mentioned here, being distracted and with other people help.
Let it die naturally, if you give it too much importance it won't. Also of you get another crush for somebody else, this one will be forgotten

Keep busy and focus your mind on other things. May take time but it’ll pass.
