How do people feel when they know they are gonna die?

I bet every normal human being is scared when death nears him/her.

Two years ago I had a ruptured brain aneurysm and was told I probably wouldn't live though the night. Surprisingly, I was not afraid, I was calm and accepting. It surprised me. Obviously, I did live and I'm very glad I did.

@katielass Awesome :) You are a true inspiration and i suggest you to give talks/inspirational speeches to people who are down and out in real life.

From my time volunteering in ERs and working in long-term care/hospice facilities, I think the term "resigned" comes to mind most readily.

aren't there like.. 5 or 7 stages? depending on how long the person makes it kinda depends on what stage they manage to get to.

@kalpanapatel149 Everyone say like that. Once we have family, friends bondings, i feel it is natural to get the fear.

@SW-User I don't think so... I don't .. cos it's fact that you can't escape death... so just accept it... and do good things as long as your alive... that's it
