When did you screw everything up, but no one ever found out it was you?

Late one night, I was having an issue with one of the databases I use, and restored from a backup on the active server. I found the discrepancy and noted it, but was so tired, I went home. People came to work and were going crazy because there were so many problems, so I went into my office, and restored the temporarily parked copy, and then pulled it up on my system, showing the data manager that all was working and that they should all get back to work. Ha ha. Helps to be in charge, and keep people on their toes.
