can somebody still die from a bee sting if they are not allergic?

Sure..it stings you in the eye and you stumble down from the edge of a cliff

If a person had a weak heart or some other medical precondition that was triggered by the bee sting then yes it is possible.

Not from a single bee sting.

I think in the neck, that could be bad.
