Are you a whiner or a diner?

I dine on life, enjoying every moment I can. To me there's no sense in endlessly crying about this and that problem.

I'm a whiner, unfortunately. I seriously don't understand how people are able not worry about everything. It makes me feel less human because I don't understand how people do it.

@LucyCan I've tried relaxation methods, but I tend to abuse them. Most of my issues stem from anxiety over things that I have to do. Whenever I try to "relax", I just end up procrastinating. I don't know if I'll ever find that sweet spot, though.
