It can be a sign I'm overdoing it so I rest, and then make a plan

not extend myself out in any way. I may have good, helpful and sometimes even strong feelings on important issues, but also suffer from bouts of depression and mild bi-polar crap the I am fortunate enough to be able to notice most of the time and keep it to myself when that crap hits me.

Go to my male friends, cause they are the nicest and seem to be more chill than my female friends(not all my female friends)
Sometimes all I need is a hug and they understand that.
