How would you react if a brother with whom you've had a reasonably good relationship, failed to invite you to his son's wedding?

SW-User
I'd be hurt.

@SW-User My reaction too but I suppose its not that big a deal. Surprising though.
SW-User
@alan20 I suppose it depends on what kind of ceremony it is.

@SW-User Very big apparently. I actually don't enjoy weddings but wondered how people generally would feel about it. Thanks for your input.

Well, isn't it the sons job to invite you? It's his wedding. I would be disappointed because I can't imagine not being involved let alone invited to the wedding.

That actually happened in my family. Send a card and $25 bucks, I mean, it’s obviousky not that big of an occasion.

It wouldn’t happen....but I have more than a “reasonably good relationship” with my brother and his sons.

One lesson place to have to get dressed up and go to, same happened with my niece, I don't know why and I don't care.

@cherokeepatti That's the best attitude. Mine too if the truth be told. My wife feels more offended. Thanks for your input.

@alan20 Marriage didn't last either so....
