hi Zer0Point
I got that in 1997. I had a really high temperature illness and then felt fine and had a really fast run. Then was really exhausted for a decade! It was post viral fatigue. Every time you feel better and do too much it comes back. Rest and pace yourself. Take it seriously.
Best wishes

cfs is stemming from something.. anemia, infection? cancer... other diseases.
so if it's that bad you can't do much about it otherwise, no home remedy is going to fix it.

if it's CFS then you gotta talk to a doctor and they send you to an endocrinologist.
they can fix you right up and see why you have chronic fatigue syndrome.

It could be an underlying symptom of something else. I have had fatigue since last winter and I recently had a heart attack.
Get checked if it is Xtreme.
