This reminds me of a guy on youtube that completely disassembles and analyzes items. I've seen him use things like an ax, circular saw, even a chainsaw to open the retail cardboard boxes.

"Cool" is highly subjective. Just gotta do what feels right and maybe people will appreciate you, maybe not. If they never do then you're just not compatible. =)
