I hate that!! When that happens i lose my train of thought because of how annoyed i get, so i don't continue talking. I just stare at them or say "DON'T INTERRUPT ME WHEN I'M TALKING" sometimes i add "ya dumb bitch" to that, if i'm feeling especially moody
