Idk i presume that rich is having lots of money and wealthy is having lots of everything.. Like Money and properties and possessions and so forth

:) lol i just made that up tho i think the words are used interchangeably nowadays like pretty and beautiful are basicly the same? Idk who knows.. I think being rich is being loaded with money and being wealthy is being established with wealth . Im just blabbing tho

Apparently the use of the two words were class markers (in bygone times). Upper class using the word "rich" and the middle class using "wealthy".
