Would you be ashamed if you ate a jello cup?

There was a time where I only ate that when I was in the hospital. I lost like 20 pounds

i never understood the whole.. "sugar free" sugar treats. :P


i wasn't much for jello. but i'm not against it.

Only because it had fake sweetener. I like food, there is no shame in eating.
