@nedkelly Currently on page 11 and already there are so many things stated as fact with nothing to say how the came to that conclusion.
Identities of men stated. ALL of whom were supposedly singled out for specific 'security measures' PRIOR to getting on the plane....
Started off as a facts and figures exercise and then descends into something sounding like an Arthur Hailey novel !

The ONLY folk taking responsibility are the guys at the 'scopes' !
Shocking indecision making from the FAA.
Information not being collated and shared.
NORAD is useless because it THINKS it's brief is to watch out for flights coming IN from abroad. NOT those planes already IN the country !
Delay and indecision from the FAA as to who has 'sufficient authority' to ask for military assistance !
Then when they DID, they didn't give the pilots enough information, they just told them to 'scramble' which sends them in the OPPOSITE direction until they're given orders as to where exactly they're SUPPOSED to go !
