I would love to chat with other writers.

I write poetry. Rather I began with poetry. Venture forword, to a couple of books. Currently only ONE is 'PUBLISHED'...which means only a few are complete.
I should concentrate more on my personal work. However I don't write for profit. I write to share my thoughts and the pictures my words reflect.
If you can share your work, please message me. I would love to read some of YOUR work. One I am working with is a ghost child who does not realize she is dead. I'm not certain at this time what it is I want to do with her. Not even certain how she came to be.

My first writing was a genre for young adults.(teen) Least wise that was the genre I wanted it to be in. Loved horses all my life and knew the expense was too far out of my league. So I used my imagination and created this child, who rescues a frightened abused mare. All I did was imagine myself in her place. Trying to see what this child saw. Completing a book is NOT the ultimate DREAM; It's establishing ownership of an IDEA.
well all I want to do is get my poems published...even one and I'll be happy @Carla1951

@SagePoet A fair idea might be to enquire at a book store. They might know and may not. As for myself I'd had a pop-up on my computer and opened it. Just know that publishing can be a huge expense. Questions may also be asked at your local public Library.

I'm no "writer" or "poet" by any stretch, but I have written stories that rhyme when properly inspired..trouble is, all those stories were lost when my hard drive crashed :(
Carla1951 · 70-79, F
@booboo Avoid the crashes by copying to a USB.OR even sending to a close friend or relation ask them to print out copies.
IF your Hard drive has the room. Create a new email address and back up copies to there. Myself, I have my copies all over my P.C.

Carla1951 · 70-79, F

If your work is NOT published take great care in Whom you allow to see it. *I sent paper copies to my relatives asking for opinions and advise.
