Why do you think America plays different sports from the rest of the world?

I know they still play football (you guys call it soccer) but what do you think is the reason why?

The reason is that it got popular because of the immigrants who came here and enjoyed it so much...baseball, American football, basketball and other sports are dominant sports here. Something for every season.

@KarenKC Most countries play the same sports, but in America we have American Football, Baseball, etc

@BlueRain you said you play different sports because your country is large but by that logic other large countries too should've formed sports of their own

Well actually growing up as an American we block out the rest of the world so no one cares what other countries play. Only we matter.
