@Stereoguy I was paying over 800 per month on an old broken down time apartment with bad neighbors. I think the mortgage is worth what I pay for it.

@Stereoguy I did work long hours and was careful with what money I had. I struggled as a single parent for around 6 years till my children grew up. I made a good investment in property. I am not rich just don't have debt. Great feeling now.

@Stereoguy I haven't had any debt in more than 20 years. i pay cash for everything. Well, I use AMX to get miles and cash back, I have two, but I pay them off every month. I don't just expect my government to live within its means, I practice what I preach.
