Not to get too politcal, but is anyone worried about the current North Korea situation?

Just a discussion.
This is simply my viewpoint towards this issue.

It all begins with how British conquered the world. British entered every territory by proposing the plan of trade and later, conquered that territory by the evil policy of divide and rule. While British relished the perks of their empire, there was a new supreme power emerging after being liberated from British rule. That supreme power was America, not united in that era.

After, World War 1, British suffered a bit and did loose some of their colonies. This gave Americans to seek the opportunity to conquer the world not by ruling them but by letting the world follow it's lead. The world became a place of cruel politics. The motive of every country was to gain profits at any cost by looting the wealth of the nation that was blessed in terms of natural resources. The idea of loot was no more centred around invading a territory with an army. It was more of who has the better defence power and infrastructure. Countries like USA, Germany, USSR and Japan focused on the defence power by the means of research and development. Covert operations in the name of business deals made the countries with a strong defence power capture the wealth of nation with no defence forces or small defence forces. The intention of expansion of an authoritarian rule led to the outbreak of World War 2 .

After World War 2, there were two new supreme powers in front of the world. Both made the world of a battlefield of Cold War. In this era of cold war, began the evil politics of USA's C.I.A. Their evil policies were to stop USSR from expanding it's territories because they knew that it was only USSR that was capable of ripping-off their defence structure. Now, what did USA's C.I.A begin to do was shake hands with enemies of USSR, given them the best weaponry, train them to become fighting machines and later declare them terrorists. During these defence deals, United States captured 50% of the wealth of the nations whom it offered so called help.

In 1990, when USSR became Russia, this further gave United States an opportunity to continue more covert and black operations to make secret defence base in different countries. The changing global business policies of the world, made lots of Asian nations rise to the top because of their hard work and labour.

Today, China is one of the emerging super-powers of the world and now, it's following the same politics that USA followed in the past and why it should not. USA should suffer now, otherwise it would succeed in making it's long lived dream come true i.e. New World Order (One supreme leader rules the world by governing various authoritarian governments and it's dictators). China does not wish to lose it's army at first. Thus, it's playing smart by backing North Korea who's ready for the war. North Korea's dictator happens to be a stupid child who is always ready to fight for no reason and he lives with a snobbish dream of conquering the world like rulers of the world in the past.

I am against the evil politics and I am against evil dictatorship but I do want to see USA suffer because USA is directly or indirectly responsible for various tensions in this world. The truth is USA is responsible for terrorism in this world. In case, this statement is wrong then how come terrorists have weapons made by defence industry of United States. ISIS has weapons provided to it by C.I.A. Al-Qaeda militants were trained by secret US forces. Pakistan, the terrorist nation, kept receiving American aid for 30 years. Oil mafia is governed by filthy rich capitalist business men of United States. Who's exploiting the resources of Africa since 1800's? Rich capitalist business men of North America, Europe and Australia.

In the movie 'Rush Hour 2' Chris Tucker said; 'behind every big crime in this world, there's a rich white man'. It's a blunt truth, whether one agrees or disagrees. The rich coots in United States do not care for the people of it's own country, how would they care for the people of the world. Economic condition of United Nations and United Kingdom is not as good as it used to be because the wealth of the nation is the hands of evil business men who do not wish to splurge the wealth for public welfare. They want people to bow to them.

It would be not be easy to easy innocent Americans suffer during the war but it's high time when one should even think of this aspect. Demolition of United States will prove to be the cause of peace in this world. The war between USA and North Korea will trigger World War 3 and then Russia will get live it's long lived dream i.e. defeating and conquering USA. Russia is the only country that is capable of destroying USA once and for all. Thank GOD we have Russia in this world. I hold utmost respect for President Vladimir Putin.

The war between China and USA began when selfish Donald Trump in it's presidential campaign mentioned that he will take away all the business from China and rest of the Asian nations. Idiots like him should have thought about this aspect before investing and outsourcing majority of their business to China and rest of the Asian nations.

USA will suffer because of it's republicans, not because of it's democrats!!!...
@SoftServe Keep living with this dream!...

@BRICSruleNATOiscrybaby well I can't say I disagree with lots you say.
In fact Nostradamus predicted this numerous years ago and whether it happens this year or a few more down the line I fully believe that it will at some point.
At present I believe the biggest risk is trump simply as hes like a baby throwing his doll out the pram over everything around him.im sure in private he has baby tantrums and sulks too.
Maybe his nappy is too tight putting undue pressure on His little brain.
The fact is he's the most unpredictable of the 2. Kim I'm sure loves to wind up and wind up and I think enjoys doing so seeing the idiots reactions.
I don't agree on any country or country's telling another what they can and can't do and in lots of ways I support Kim in some ways simply for the fact why in earth should they bow down to usa dictators.
I feel far safer over DPRK and Kim's nukes if he does have them compared to trump and his nutters. History of America and its wars including and since Vietnam dont exactly give much faith or hope in USA that's for sure.
You only need look at Laos and the CIA involvement which has left a whole tribe of people unwelcome in any country and often murdered because if the past.
I am Half Korean and I feel the threat to South Korea is on USA s shoulders due to there thick actions and reactions escalating daily because of trump.
I am firmly convinced that if there were no Americans in South Korea we'd be already in good talks and agreements with DPRK.
Plus I may find it far nicer living in my half country without there presence and ultimately putting me at a higher risk.
I'm lucky I'm half Korean and half English so I get the choice where I live, but if course the majority dont get them choices.
@Sueisright I respect your view-point, mademoiselle!...☺

Yes. I think NK has a death wish.
Sueisright · 31-35, F
Biggest risk is trump not Kim in this
SW-User
I'm a bit concerned, but I'd be more concerned if I was in South Korea, Japan, or Guam right now...let alone all the other islands in the Pacific.
jackson55 · M
Clinton, Bush and Obama cicked the can down the road for 25 years and now it landed in Trumps lap. Clinton could have taken care of the probblem in 93 had he persuded it. China will intervein before any missiles are fired. Trump won't start it but he will finish it if NK doesn't behave.
@jackson55 My father served in the first Korean conflict back in '51. You mad at Truman and Eisenhower, too ? Trump won't "fix" or "finish" sh*t---he'll just get people killed from this generation.
A bit, yes. My country isn't in their line of fire as far as I can tell, but wars and conflict tend to affect more than just the countries that are directly involved.
SW-User
"The supreme art of war is to win without fighting" - Sun Tzu

I just hope both NK's leader understands this and is just playing a great game of chess to win political and economic benefits, but so far he hasn't instilled this kind of confidence.
@SW-User Neither has ours.
SW-User
@bijouxbroussard Yes, that's even more frightening.
JarJarBoom · 41-45, F
no ... this isn't the first time
InvaderNice · 26-30, M
Lol. Politics are not necessarily a touchy subject. It's the people who make it touchy.

Yes, I'm a little worried. But I try not to think about it too much.
MartinTheFirst · 22-25, M
@InvaderNice In that case, nothing is a touchy subject.
SW-User
I´d say the whole world should be concerned about any country menacing another one...
Sueisright · 31-35, F
@SW-User it's a very difficult situation not been helped by trumps moronic comments and rubbish
SW-User
@Sueisright Lol...to say the least...
Sueisright · 31-35, F
@SW-User I don't only blame him of course, but a volatile situation needs common sense which he seems fully lacking in
TheProphet · M
Not at all worried. They pose no threat to us.
LindaJeanne · 46-50, F
I would be hard pressed to believe we would automatically return fire with nukes.. probably just missiles first if it came to that.
TheProphet · M
@LindaJeanne All of our ICBM's are nuclear tipped with multiple warheads and accurate within yards of their targets.
LindaJeanne · 46-50, F
@TheProphet True. I still think if anything they would respond similar to how we did it with Syria
Zoranna · F
Australia has just committed to back USA, another potential war that has nothing to do with us. Scary situation. :-(
melbeacher · 56-60, M
Yes I am very worried. We have two crazy leaders to have a very fragile egos
japans been well behaved since 1945..
Just saying
LedRobster · 61-69, M
I'm worried, yes. North Korea could just explode an EMP over the U.S. and knock out our power grid for weeks or months. The panic that would ensue would be unbelievable.

This isn't getting as much attention as it should. And now we've set Iran up to follow a similar path.
Byron8by7 · M
Yes, I am worried. North Korea has a large conventional arsenal. I think the tactical nukes could fly if we get into it with them. The U.S. military in South Korea could be quickly overwhelmed. I truly hope that our nuclear force is a deterrent.
Anopenheart · 51-55, M
@Byron8by7 why should our nuclear force be a deterrent to a madman? it didn't stop 9-11. north korea doesn't think about our nuclear weapons. they think about being able to stay in power. a nuclear bomb ensures that. they already have the power to destroy seoul and kill a few million with artillery right now. if anything, they feel safer with nuclear weapons since they know we wont attack them now like we did with an illegal invasion of Iraq, unless we are just as stupid again.
Anopenheart · 51-55, M
i am more worried about donald and his response to north korea. North Korea has been doing this for fifty years. all prvious administrations ahve let them threaten and bluff and we have patiently let them. but when our own president acts and talks the same way as they do then we are in trouble.
SW-User
Not me tbh 🤷🏽‍♀️
LindaJeanne · 46-50, F
@SW-User I want to think they are just doing what they always do and it is all talk but I also have a bid feeling about it.
SW-User
I was worried, but it's headed in the right direction, and President Trump has been slowing building up to strike them if they don't come to their senses.

Like Sarcasm said... they might have a death wish... or maybe not.
Mike37 · 41-45, M
I think years ago yes but now no because trump is the kind of person who wouldn't think twice about wiping them out
Anopenheart · 51-55, M
@Mike37 like all madmen do.
djjohnson · 41-45, M
The only people who aren't worried to some degree are those who have no idea that North Korea is a country.
katielass · F
@djjohnson That doesn't make sense. You must be responding on impulse instead of thinking first.
Yep amd many a nerd cans have actually moved to mexico because of the election and all the n Korea atuff
Dadbod52 · 56-60, M
sure and Pakistan, Afghanistan, Russia, China and America,
@Dadbod52 No need to worry about Pakistan Sir as that nation dug it's own grave!...Good for nothing terrorist nation!...Only aims to create problems for other countries and give birth to more and more of terrorists by corrupting and brain-washing the mind of the country's young generation and Muslims in it's neighbour country India!...I want to see Pakistan burnt to ashes!...Hope the dream come true soon!...Who helped Pakistan the most in becoming a terrorist nation, USA's C.I.A and the good American aid!...USA's C.I.A is responsible for the terrorism in the world today!...Now, the devil worshipping white supremacist in the white house is determined to cause mayhem around the world by instigating WORLD WAR 3!!!...
ProfRS · 61-69, M
Hello, this is one of many worries. I hope we can private message about the "I" word?
ExtremeNext · 31-35
Nah America needs to be put back in its place with a few rockets
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
With the appointment of Bolton, I am almost in a panic!
SW-User
I think prospects for a non-war solutions have brightened up...
SW-User
I’m sure there will be a peaceful resolution to all this I hope.
melbeacher · 56-60, M
Yes I am very worried. Cooler heads need to prevail.
katielass · F
Looks like some people were worried for nothing.
SINAI · T
I'm pretty sure SKT's gonna win again.
WoodyAq · M
Eh. It's got a few years to run, I think.
Booyeah · 41-45, M
Nope. Nothing will happen.
melbeacher · 56-60, M
Yes I am very worried
SW-User
Not really
needsmilk808 · 56-60, M
Nope not at all
emptysoul44 · 41-45, M
SoftServe · 26-30, M
Guamans are
SW-User
Interested ....:)
SW-User
It's definitely a concern.
tenente · 100+, M
can you believe it? he's thinks starting a war with N Korea or Venezuela will help improve his approval rating?
LindaJeanne · 46-50, F
@SW-User I see your point. but aside from Iraq and Vietnam, those were just wars and it would have been dicey to change president during those crucial times. I am sure thats want most people thought going to the polls.
LindaJeanne · 46-50, F
@SW-User You can also add Obama to that list as well.
@LindaJeanne How ? The wars were already ongoing when he took office.
tenente · 100+, M
It's starting to feel like electing this guy president was a medium to heavy mistake 🤔
@tenente 😆
